  • Where are you located?

    My clinic is easily accessible in Central Swaffham, Norfolk. The Green Parrot Clinic is located at, 89 Market Place, Swaffham PE37 7AQ.  


  • Can I park?

    Yes, there is parking in front of the building and in the market square over the road. Parking is free but you need to obtain a ticket from the machine.

  • Do you have facilities for those who are disabled?

    My consulting room is on the first floor. I can arrange to meet in a ground floor room if stairs are a problem.

  • Do you work evenings and weekends?

    No

  • Do you have a waiting list?

    If I have space I will see you straightaway. Sometimes I keep a waiting list.

  • What is the frequency of sessions?

    The frequency of sessions is agreed between us. We might meet weekly at first for a block of sessions. Often once people have had a block of sessions they like to meet every few months to top up their treatment.

  • How long does a session last?

    A session last usually for 50 minutes, unless otherwise agreed beforehand.

  • What happens in my first session?

    At the first session I will take a medical history and you will receive an initial treatment. Subsequent sessions will be agreed with you in relation to your specific needs.


    The session is done with you remaining fully clothed, usually with you lying down on the treatment table. I work with light, sensitive touch and no manipulations or pressures (it isn't a massage, for example).

  • What is the cost?

    My fee is £60. Fees are reviewed regularly.

  • Do I pay for missed sessions?

    Once booked, the session time is yours. The full fee is charged if less than 48 hours’ notice is given

  • Are sessions confidential?

    Information about your session will not be disclosed unless there is a need and I have your permission, nor is information held on any computer or digital device. 

  • Do you tell my GP?

    Only with your consent. It may be a good idea if your GP is made aware if he/she is already involved in your treatment. 

  • Do you treat children and babies?

    Yes, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy can be good for children and babies as it is very gentle.

  • Do you treat the elderly?

    Yes. The gentleness and nourishing nature of the treatments make it a good choice for treating the elderly.

  • Do you work at distance?

    Yes, I have trained in Distant Craniosacral Integration.
